Specific migration experience from Oracle DB to Mongo DB is preferred · Reviewing existing migration tools and improve performance of the migration process.
· Documenting as-is and to-be processes and data flows In depth work experience in DTL and migration projects involving Mongo DB · Contributing to, or leading, workshops and interviews to gather requirements · Designing target state conceptual, logical,



and physical data models · Contributing to reporting requirements and design · Data and Information Governance process/operating model design To qualify for the role, the candidate must have Experience in process mapping of complex processes and data flows Experience in requirements gathering and reporting design Experience with data migration or data transformation preferable from Oracle to Mongo DB Experience in complex problem solving and mediating decision making Experience in a delivery role on Data Migration, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data or analytics projects Industry experience in Banking systems is preferred but not mandatory
