Applicants must already hold valid Australian working rights.
Previous leadership experience in a Long Day Care setting is essential.
You must be available to work opening and/or closing shifts as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations.
Lead the service in the Director's absence.
Coach and mentor educators.
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Build strong relationships with families and the community.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years' Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia Leadership experience in Long Day Care.
Certificates Checks Working with Children Check First Aid, CPR, Asthma Anaphylaxis Relevant Child Safety training RRHAN (SA where applicable) CHILD SAFETY At Edge Early Learning, children's safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
