Job Description Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities and states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develop and execute a payroll roadmap aligned to systems, compliance and business needs Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls and employee experience Ensure full compliance with legislative obligations including payroll tax, superannuation and STP reporting Lead payroll-related projects, system enhancements and implementations Manage audits, reconciliations and reporting,
