Senior Estimator | Luxury Residential Up to $140K + Super I'm partnering with two highly regarded boutique builders seeking experienced Senior Estimators to join their growing teams.
Locations: Balcatta Wembley (North of the River) These businesses deliver premium architecturally designed homes, luxury residences and townhouse developments across Perth.
With projects ranging from $1M-$5M+ , this is an opportunity to work on bespoke homes where quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail come first.
The Chance You'll take ownership of the estimating function from concept through to construction, working closely with Directors, Architects, Designers and Construction teams.
One opportunity also offers a pathway into an Estimating Manager role as the business continues to grow.
Responsibilities End-to-end estimating of luxury residential homes and townhouse developments Prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost plans and tender submissions Review drawings,
specifications and engineering documentation Drive improvements to estimating systems and processes About You To be considered, you must have: 5+ years' estimating experience with a residential builder specialising in custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes Experience pricing high-end single and double-storey homes and/or townhouse developments Experience using Databuild, Buildsoft, Cubit or similar estimating software Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and attention to detail A proactive approach to improving systems and processes Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) Please note: Applicants who do not meet the bolded essential requirements above will not be contacted or shortlisted .
