Earn up to $90,000 + Company Ute + Super Opportunity to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects Strong pipeline of work with long-term career progression Supportive management team with autonomy to run your own sites Work on architecturally designed, high-end residential homes across Melbourne What you'll do: Supervise high-end residential landscape construction projects from commencement to completion Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and apprentices Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and specifications Plan daily site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain exceptional quality standards across all aspects of construction Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Ensure sites operate safely and efficiently while meeting project deadlines What we're looking for:



Certificate III in Landscape Construction 2-5 years' experience in a Landscape Supervisor or Leading Hand role Proven experience delivering high-end residential landscape construction projects Ability to independently run landscape construction projects Confidence in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings Current Manual Driver's Licence with a clean driving record Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
