Major Mining Project | Perth CBD Accounts Payable | 4-6 Months Temp role Pronto / Redmap Systems Preferred About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced procurement team supporting a major resource project expansion in WA.
This contract role focuses heavily on high-volume invoice processing, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination across warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure seamless supplier payments.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and track incoming high-volume supplier invoices related to project spares and procurement programs.
Accurately receipt goods and services within enterprise ERP/AP management software.
Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders (POs), warehouse delivery records, and system receipts.
Identify pricing discrepancies, missing receipts, and quantity mismatches; proactively follow up to resolve issues.
Work closely with Warehouse, Expediting, and Site Accounts Payable teams to confirm delivery status and resolve queries.
Maintain precise receipting records, provide status updates, and escalate potential payment roadblocks to maintain healthy supplier relationships.
What We Are Looking For Proven track record in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or Purchasing within mining, resources, heavy industry, or large-scale project environments.
Hands-on experience with modern ERP/AP systems (e.g., Pronto , Redmap , or similar software) is highly desirable.
Strong ability to cross-check POs, delivery dockets, and invoice lines with high precision.




Clear verbal and written stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to following up outstanding actions.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a explicit understanding of prompt payment terms.
