Synergie Australia is seeking a Labourer (Civil) for Bundaberg Regional Council located in Kalkie.
The significant parts: 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday $41-$44 per hours 9-day fortnight roster - Work life balance What you will be required to do: Undertake general labouring and maintenance duties within Council's operations (e.g. construction, roads, drainage, maintenance), such as (but not limited to), patching, concreting, bitumen works, shoveling, etc.
Operates tools, equipment and mechanical plant under general supervision: Perform manual handling, loading/unloading, cleaning, or basic repair tasks.
Maintain work areas and equipment, ensuring a clean condition.
Follow instructions and established procedures to complete assigned work.
Work cooperatively within a team to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
To be successful in the role you will: Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training appropriate to the work area.
Demonstrated ability to safely perform physical labouring tasks.
Understanding of basic workplace safety and manual handling practices.
Current Driver's Licence (Class C) General Construction Induction Card (White or Blue Card)



Basic competencies or tickets for the operation of light mechanical plant and hand tools (e.g. roller, sweeper or similar small/light plant and whipper snipper, jackhammer, etc.) in accordance with the award classification definitions.
Have working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
