ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has become available for a technically focused Architect or Designer to join a collaborative team.
Working predominantly on Class 2 multi-residential developments across Sydney, you will play a key role throughout the delivery phases of projects.
This position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, producing high-quality documentation and who can bring design to life, taking projects through to on-site/construction and handover.
DUTIES Produce detailed construction documentation for Class 2 multi-residential projects.
Develop technical design solutions that meet both design intent and construction requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction details.
Coordinate documentation with consultants and project stakeholders.
Ensure projects comply with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant planning requirements.
Support projects through delivery and construction phases, responding to RFIs and site-related queries where required.
Contribute to maintaining high documentation standards across the practice.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE Degree qualified in Architecture or a related design discipline.




Proven experience delivering Class 2 multi-residential projects within Australia.
Strong technical design and construction documentation skills.
Excellent understanding of construction detailing, building systems and materials.
Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
Proficiency in either ArchiCAD or Revit.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and project teams.
High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
