Key Responsibilities Conduct compliance monitoring and regulatory reviews.
Perform compliance checks and prepare compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with ASIC requirements, the Corporations Act ****, AML/CTF obligations, and other applicable regulations.
Review and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks.
Support internal audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation activities.
Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
About You Experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role within a regulated financial services environment.
Solid understanding of ASIC regulations, the Corporations Act, AML/CTF obligations, and financial services compliance.
