Job Title: Site Managers Sector: Fit Out Refurbishment Location: Brisbane Gold Coast Job Type: Long-Term Contracts Salary: Excellent Hourly / Day Rates About the Role Core Talent is currently recruiting for multiple Site Managers to join several of our well-established clients delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across Brisbane Gold Coast.
Our clients operate across a variety of sectors including Retail, Education, Health, Food Hospitality,aswell as Commercial.
These are long-term contract opportunities with immediate starts with project from 6 - 24 weeks.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations on fit out and refurbishment projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with WHS regulations Liaise with project managers, clients,



and stakeholders Monitor progress and resolve site-related issues as they arise About You Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit out or refurbishment projects Experience across sectors such as retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site productivity Solid understanding of site safety and construction processes White Card (essential) QBCC License (essential) What's on Offer Excellent hourly / day rates Day and night shift opportunities available Long-term contract roles with reputable builders Projects across Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas Immediate starts available If you are looking for your next contract role with solid pipeline of work, we would love to hear from you.
