Job Description Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and other entitlements Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and tax requirements Generate payslips and reporting documentation Respond to payroll-related queries, delivering a high standard of customer service Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations Contribute to process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives The Successful Applicant Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and tax requirements Experience with payroll and/or HRIS systems (Chris 21 looked upon favourably but not a prerequisite) High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability A team player with a proactive, adaptable mindset What's on Offer $97,500 + super ASX listed business Required to work WA hours Initial 12 month contract with opportunity for perm conversion Fantastic culture and retention rates
