The Role We are looking for a Solicitor/Associate with 2-4 to years' PQE experience to join our reputable Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
You will be working as part of a team providing support to Partners including: representing Government clients.
attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.
What You Offer: We are looking for a pro-active litigation Solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons|Hunt Hunt.
The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years PQE Must have experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation.
Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Outstanding communication interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload.
Strong stakeholder experience.
Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary.
