Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Indian food.
Prepare and cook food meeting dietary requirements where required.
Plan menus and estimate food cost and develop recent dishes.
Ensure proper seasoning, garnishing, and portion control for all dishes served.




Apply correct freezing and preservation techniques to extend ingredient shelf life without compromising quality.
Provide support and Training other kitchen staff.
Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly.
Manage stock, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
Uphold high standards in food preparation, presentation, and consistency at all times.
Applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or relevant qualification and have a minimum 1 year experience.
A salary of $79,500 - $83,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
