Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, managing inventory and ensuring product availability across a dynamic and rapid moving product range.

The Opportunity You will sit at the centre of the business, partnering with Category, Logistics and Operations teams to ensure stock is optimised, demand is accurately forecast and customers receive a seamless experience.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help shape how Demand Planning is executed moving forward.
Key Responsibilities Drive forecast accuracy across multiple product categories through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock coverage while minimising stock outs and aged stock Build and maintain replenishment plans aligned to demand and business targets Monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely product availability Analyse product performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and stock efficiency Partner with Category Managers to align stock levels with promotions and trading activity Identify and implement process improvements across demand planning and inventory management Monitor logistics costs and optimise shipment sizes and frequency About You Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Allocation or similar within retail, eCommerce or FMCG Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups Exposure to ERP or planning systems such as SAP is highly regarded Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Proactive, curious and solutions focused Why This Role High impact role with strong ownership and autonomy Exposure across forecasting, inventory and supply chain Fast paced and commercially driven environment Chance to contribute to process improvement and business growth Clear development pathway within a growing business If you are looking to step into a role where you can make a real impact and further develop your Demand Planning capability, this is well worth a conversation.
