What You'll Be Doing: You will support the day-to-day delivery of civil projects across SEQ, gaining exposure across planning, programming, QA, procurement, subcontractor coordination and client liaison.
You will be involved in:



Building practical engineering experience across civil projects while developing the skills needed to progress your career Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to gain hands-on project delivery exposure Assisting with planning, programming and progress tracking to help drive successful project outcomes Supporting day-to-day site delivery, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors across active project sites Managing QA documentation, inspections, RFIs and project reporting to ensure quality and compliance standards are achieved The Ideal Candidate: You are an early-career Site Engineer who is keen to build practical experience across a range of civil construction projects while learning from experienced industry professionals.
