and budgets • Maintain high showroom and warehouse standards • Oversee stock control, stocktake, and inventory accuracy • Build strong trade and retail customer relationships • Handle escalations with professionalism and confidence • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management • Ensure WH S and company compliance standards are met What you'll bring • Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager level) • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs • Ability to lead from the front and hold teams accountable • Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills • Excellent communication and team leadership ability • Experience in home improvement, interiors or trade (ideal) • Manual driver's licence (advantageous) Success in this role You'll build a high-performing team, deliver strong sales results, and run a well-organised, customer-first store.
