THE POSITION Prepare, cook and serve meals at this Bundoora site Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning Responsible for maintaining food safety documents Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Monday shift and Friday shift each week,
