We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Key Duties Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning menus, estimating food requirements and costs, and coordinating the preparation and cooking of food items.
You will inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure absolute compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Additionally, you will taste, inspect, and monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control during preparation and service, while regulating the temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment to prepare complex dishes and signature recipes.
You will also monitor food stock levels,



manage ingredient ordering to minimize kitchen waste, and train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Skills Requirements Proven commercial kitchen experience working as a Chef or Cook.
Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service workplace.
Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer Competitive salary package: $80,000 – $85,000 AUD commensurate with experience.
