They are seeking a diesel/HV mechanic with a relevant trade qualiication, robust mechanical knowledge and skills and a proven track record of maintenance, service and repair of heavy equipment.

Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Will Consider Highly Skilled LV Mechanics) $120k - 150k pa Based in Townsville, QLD + Remote Site Work 2 Years Post Trade Working on trucks, mobile plant, earthmoving and civil machinery.
About the Role Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs Performing routine servicing including hydraulics inspections, oil changes, brake inspections,



and operational testing Inspecting heavy vehicles for structural issues and determining required repairs Repairing or replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components Working with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment Completing testing to ensure machinery and systems are functioning correctly Maintaining records of inspections, work completed, and parts used Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures What We Are Looking For At least 2 years post trade experience Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Experience working on heavy vehicles, trucks, mobile plant, and machinery.
