The Position Manage a portfolio of 130 x properties with dedicated admin and inspections support.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs Conducting final inspections/final bonds Managing lease renewals,



rent reviews and arrears Attending SACAT when required Working closely with the support team to deliver a great experience for your owners and tenants The Criteria Previous property management experience - ideally 2+ years managing a portfolio High level customer service output Works well within a team as the support team works effectively with excellent communication Hold a current SA Property Management license Strong understanding of the RTA Familiar with PropertyMe advantagous Hit APPLY NOW .
