About the Role Perform all aspects of the painting process of their range of refuse vehicles to ensure a quality outcome and the achievement of set targets.
Responsibilities and Duties • Undertake the full painting process coating process (undercoat and final coat).
• Perform paint mixing and colour matching to enable touch ups to already painted vehicles.
• Develop a sound understanding of all aspects of the paint process including chemicals and paint additives,
viscosity and the drying, baking and curing processes.
Technical Knowledge and skills • Trade Qualification as a Painter and or previous experience in similar role within the industry • An eye for detail to enable you to provide a quality outcome • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to set and adhere to deadlines • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve • Excellent customer service skills What's in it for you?
