This is an opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who has progressed into project management and enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, managing project outcomes and delivering against cost, schedule and quality objectives.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for the successful delivery of mineral processing projects, working closely with engineering, project controls, procurement and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.
This role requires someone who understands the technical complexities of processing facilities and can effectively manage project execution from planning through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project execution plans covering cost, schedule, quality and resources Lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost control processes Monitor project performance and implement strategies to maintain delivery outcomes Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and stakeholder activities Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes,
budgets and quality standards Provide solid leadership across project teams and stakeholders About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline 10+ years' experience within engineering and project delivery environments Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer transitioning into project management Proven experience delivering mineral processing projects Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource management Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering and delivery functions Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills Desirable Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) Experience working within an EPC or EPCM environment Exposure to commodities such as gold, copper, nickel, lithium or other mineral processing facilities If you are an experienced Project Manager with mineral processing project experience, I would welcome a confidential discussion, Kerri Giannouleas ************ Salary Competitive Contract Permanent / Full Time Ref # ******* Kerri Giannouleas Email Kerri ******************* Apply Now
