Job Description Dietitian Location : Central Perth and surrounds (community-based + Schools + Clinical hub access + WFH) Type : P art-Time (0.4 FTE) or Contractor Salary : Starting from 83,000 Inclusive of Super | Contractor percentage of billable At Connect2Care, we believe therapy should be meaningful, flexible and well-supported.

We're growing across Perth — and we're looking for a Dietitian who is passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.
What you'll do: Assessing and providing interventions for children adults living with a range of disabilities Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity social engagement Timely documentation report writing Managing a wide-ranging caseload Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables effective client management) Attending meetings, supervision personal development (as required ) Working across leading software platforms online tools Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Perth Clinic Requirements To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:



Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field Discipline-specific professional registration (DAA) Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Check Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) Police Check International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas) Driver licence access to a reliable vehicle Car insurance Qualified Indemnity Public Liability insurance As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable.
