We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a major remediation project, delivering remedial works across six occupied buildings.
This is an excellent prospect to work alongside an experienced Site Manager on a complex live-site project.
The Project The project involves a comprehensive remediation program including: Roofing works Façade remediation Waterproofing General remedial construction Working on a live site, you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption.
About the Role Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supervising day-to-day site activities Coordinating subcontractors and trades Maintaining site safety and quality standards Managing works on a live, occupied site Assisting with programming and project delivery Using HammerTech and Procore for site management and reporting About You To be successful, you will have:
