This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned contracts qualified with a strong background in construction, infrastructure and major project delivery to lead commercial and contract management activities across a high-profile project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Act as the key commercial and contract management lead across major projects Manage contract development, implementation and administration activities Lead commercial negotiations and support procurement transactions Oversee contract variations, compensation events and commercial risk management Support project teams through contract execution, delivery and close-out Manage supplier and contractor relationships to achieve project outcomes Provide commercial advice to project stakeholders and senior leadership Drive contract governance,



reporting and continuous improvement initiatives About You Extensive experience in contract and commercial management within major infrastructure or construction projects Strong understanding of contract negotiation, administration and dispute avoidance Experience working across complex procurement and project delivery environments Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Law, Business or a related discipline Highly Regarded Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractors Client-side infrastructure project experience Experience supporting large-scale capital works programs If you're an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
