A current opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Officer to join a supportive, fast-paced team, running end-to-end payroll across multiple locations.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the full weekly pay run for a multi-state workforce Maintain accurate employee records and process changes as they arise Bring together timesheet data and validate hours ahead of each pay Investigate and resolve pay and leave queries promptly Prepare banking files and manage super,



deductions and tax remittances Manage payroll tax lodgements and ensure compliance with state-based legislation Keep workers compensation records accurate and up to date Deliver payroll reporting and journals to the finance team To be considered for this opportunity you will have 5–6 years' payroll experience and be comfortable running a busy pay cycle on your own steam.
