We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Showroom Assistant to join a growing team in Rushcutters Bay.

About the Role As a Showroom Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and delivering an outstanding experience to architects, designers, builders, and homeowners visiting our showroom.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers and supporting our Sales Representatives with product selection, design advice, and tile recommendations.
Preparing and managing customer quotations and sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the showroom and samples department.
Managing sample inventory, including ordering stock and collecting materials from our warehouse.
Preparing tile samples and cutting tiles to the required sample size.
Producing sample boards and assisting with marketing displays and materials.
Coordinating the dispatch of samples to clients through courier services.
Assisting with general showroom operations,



including manual handling and restocking of tile displays and shelving.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
An interest in Interior Design or a relevant qualification (highly regarded).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and pride in your work.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Physical capability to undertake manual handling and lifting duties.
A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
