Key responsibilities •Draft, review, interpret and negotiate terms for various construction contracts, guaranteeing full adherence to statutory regulations, legal requirements and binding contractual commitments.
•Administer contract amendments, renewals and scope variations across the entire project lifecycle, with all adjustments formally documented.
•Track contract delivery against agreed clauses, specifications and scheduled milestones; proactively flag potential contractual risks and formulate targeted mitigation plans to safeguard the company's commercial and legal entitlements.
•Maintain comprehensive, real-time filing systems for all contracts and supporting paperwork,
and compile periodic management reports covering contract progress, outstanding risks and commercial opportunities.
•Mediate and settle contractual disagreements and inconsistencies via consistent communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
•Keep abreast of evolving construction industry legislation and industry-standard best practices to uphold ongoing compliance, and drive process optimisation for internal contract management workflows.
To be considered for this position you must have •A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
