**Our Client:** Our client, based in Eltham and servicing Melbourne's East, North, and Inner Suburbs, is a family owned and operated business seeking a dedicated and experienced Air-Con Refrigeration Technician to join their team.
They provide a fun and respectful working workplace and focus on both domestic and commercial projects, including government and council contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:** Air-conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs for both domestic and commercial clients, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Work on projects ranging from residential to government contracts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Experience with split systems, ducted systems, multi-head split systems ,



Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Requirements:** Refrigerant Handling Licence Current Australian Drivers Licence Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
