The Position Manage existing and new tenancies Establish relationships with tenants and the regional landlord Access and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estate Overseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractors Processing of applications promptly and efficiently Conducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections Reporting and other ad hoc tasks as required The Person Must have CPP***** Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Proven experience in Real Estate Property Management Must have a current driver's licence You will have strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe You will have solid organisational and time management skills,
