Our client is seeking an experienced Operational HR Generalist to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting managers and employees across a diverse healthcare organisation operating within the Aged Care, Disability, Community Services and Healthcare Staffing sectors.
This role suits an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle, providing practical HR advice, managing recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance in a quick-paced, people-focused environment.
What you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee inductions Providing advice and support on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters Preparing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards and company policies Coordinating probation reviews,
