They're seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI solutions - combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions Build and deploy LLM-powered systems (RAG, agents, orchestration) Develop scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines Design retrieval and ranking systems for accurate outputs Establish AI evaluation, testing, and quality frameworks Drive LLMOps practices (monitoring, performance, optimisation) Ensure solutions are secure, reliable,
