Lead enterprise-wide transformation for a major Australian organisation.
This is a senior contract role embedded across a complex, multi-workstream portfolio within an established Enterprise Delivery function.
What You'll Be Doing Providing senior delivery leadership across multiple concurrent enterprise transformation programs Owning program governance, budget management, benefits realisation and reporting Managing complex stakeholder environments across business units, technology, and senior leadership Overseeing multiple vendors and third-party delivery partners Identifying and managing cross-program dependencies, risks and issues Challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and calling things out when needed Contributing to the uplift of delivery maturity across the broader portfolio What We're Looking For Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-workstream,



multi-year enterprise transformation programs Experience managing across multiple programs and competing priorities simultaneously Strong vendor and third-party management experience Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging at C-suite and executive level Ability to operate effectively in environments still maturing their delivery frameworks Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery discipline High degree of commercial acumen and budget management experience What Good Looks Like You've been the most senior delivery person in the room before.
