We are currently seeking experienced Underground Shotcrete Sprayers to join a leading underground mining contractor on a long-term gold project in Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing FIFO work, develop your underground mining career, and gain exposure to specialist ground support operations.

FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth or Kalgoorlie Casual rates from $70 - $75/hr + Super Temp-to-perm pathway after approximately 26 weeks Long-term project with excellent job security Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Modern camp facilities with ensuite rooms, gym, quality meals and wet mess Work with a close-knit team that values safety and teamwork About the Role Reporting to Underground Supervisors, your responsibilities will include: Operating underground shotcrete spraying equipment (Normet experience highly regarded) Applying shotcrete to development headings and ground support areas to specification Conducting daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks Working closely with underground supervisors, miners and agitator operators Monitoring shotcrete quality,



thickness and coverage Completing daily shift reports and operational paperwork Maintaining housekeeping standards and a safe work environment Reporting equipment faults, hazards and maintenance requirements Assisting with general underground operations as required About You To be successful, you will ideally possess: Previous experience as an Underground Shotcrete Sprayer Experience operating Normet or similar shotcrete spraying equipment Current Manual Driver's Licence (HR preferred) Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Reliable attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug alcohol screen and police clearance About the Company Our client is a well-established underground mining and civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering specialist ground support, shotcrete, underground construction and civil works across Western Australia.
