We're seeking a Lead Civil Drafter to play a key role within a growing civil team.
You'll provide technical leadership across a range of land development and infrastructure projects, overseeing drafting delivery, mentoring team members, and working closely with Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
As a Lead Civil Drafter, you will: Lead the preparation and review of civil design documentation for urban development projects Coordinate drafting resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery Mentor and support drafters and designers, helping develop team capability Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget Provide technical input across roads, earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure designs Resolve complex drafting and design challenges Contribute to project planning, resource allocation and documentation standards Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
