Job Title: Asset Manager – Renewable Energy Location: Sydney (site travel required on occasions) Salary: $*******k + super Performance bonus around 8% Role Overview An prospect has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the performance and operation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
This role sits within a growing energy platform and is responsible for ensuring assets are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
You will act as the key interface between site teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to optimise performance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets Act as the primary link between on-site teams and corporate functions Maximise asset output while proactively identifying and mitigating risks Analyse operational data (including SCADA) to support performance optimisation Develop and manage operational budgets (OPEX) Assess maintenance reports and collaborate with service providers Interpret and manage contracts with operations and maintenance providers Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Health,
