As a House Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of a trauma-informed, healing-focused environment—guiding a dedicated team of Youth Workers and supporting young people who've experienced significant adversity.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Sydney Metro house.
We provide flexible working options where 3 days of the week will be spent in the allocated house and 2 remaining days can be worked from home or any of our offices.
Participation in periodic 24/7 on-call support is required.

What You'll Do: Lead and supervise daily operations of a therapeutic residential home.
Mentor and coach Youth Workers and foster professional growth.
Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance in line with child protection and safety standards.
Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist Case Manager to deliver therapeutic case plans.
What You'll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Community Services,



Social Work, Social Science, Welfare, Psychology, Health, Education, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
2+ years managing or leading teams in an Out-Of-Home-Care setting.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child protection and crisis management.
Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and own car.
