Rate competitiveness generally works as follows:• Below $******/hour including super: strongest value-for-money position• At $******/hour including super: aligned with the nominated maximum and may remain competitive• Above $******/hour including super: less competitive unless specialist experience, clearance or domain relevance strongly supports the rateHigher rates may still be considered where niche systems training, CapabilityOne experience, Defence domain knowledge, learning design expertise, active clearance or strong program relevance outweigh rate competitiveness.Azooa can work with suitable candidates to help position both their profile and expected rate appropriately for the opportunity.
If your background includes systems training, digital learning, instructional design, change management, user adoption or Defence ICT training, this could be a strong opportunity to contribute to an important Defence capability environment.
