You'll own the homeowner journey from first conversation through to property launch, building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor along the way.What You'll DoConvert warm inbound leads into new management agreementsGenerate new business through networking, referrals and strategic partnershipsMeet homeowners, inspect properties and assess their short-term rental potentialPrepare tailored proposals and negotiate new agreementsGuide homeowners through onboarding and property launchWork closely with our Operations,



Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure every property launches successfullyBuild lasting relationships that drive referrals and long-term growthYou'll work across Adelaide, West Beach, Glenelg, the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula, giving you plenty of variety and autonomy every week.What You'll BringExperience in business development, sales, real estate, property or another relationship-focused roleStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsA proactive mindset and the drive to create your own successExcellent organisation and follow-throughA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleExperience in real estate, property management or short-term accommodation is highly regarded, but not essential.No South Australian Sales Representative Licence?
