Micks Ally Fab is a specialist welding and fabrication business based in Winnellie.
We carry out a dynamic range of work both in our workshop and on various sites and vessels around Darwin.
Our work includes (but is not limited to)
- Specialised Marine Work, including servicing some of Darwin's largest commercial marine operators vessels
- Yacht and boat modifications and repair works
- Vehicle modifications and repairs
- Heavy fabrication
- Solutions for around the home, including handrails, spa covers, screens
We pride ourselves on producing custom, quality products based on our clients needs.
We are now looking for someone recent to join our team.
The applicant should:
- Have a minimum of Certificate III Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Heavy Fabrication) or equivalent
- Be experienced in welding aluminium,



stainless steel and mild steel to a high standard
- Be able to work as part of a team, but also autonomously
- Be able to work with the management team and our customers to come up with solutions to suit our customers requirements
- Be reliable
- Have own transport
- Have a great work ethic
- Have current police clearance or willing to obtain one

Working hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend overtime work.
