A rapidly growing commercial services business is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to support its expanding sales function.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager and reporting to the General Manager - Sales & Operations, you will play a key role in managing inbound enquiries, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating appointments, and supporting the quoting process.
This is a newly created position due to significant business growth, making it an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with strong career progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity
Qualify and follow up warm leads
Book appointments for the Business Development Manager
Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and sales documentation
Manage shared inboxes and sales administration tasks
Generate sales activity and pipeline reports
Manage inbound sales calls and web enquiries
Liaise with operations regarding service feasibility and pricing
About You
2+ years' experience in sales administration,



internal sales, or data centric customer service
Strong CRM and data entry skills
High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
Industry experience within construction, waste management, logistics, or industrial services will be highly advantageous
