Permanent Residential Position Allstar Blue is actively seeking an experienced Belt Splicing Supervisor for a residential role based in Karratha WA .
Key Responsibilities: *Supervise all belt splicing (Steel cord and Fabric) *Plan, organise, coordinate, control and support the crew's workload.
*Undertake Safety Audits and Corrective Action.
*Engage with Customers to understand and deliver their needs.
*Accurately complete the necessary paperwork associated with Safety and Splicing.
*Report any incidents, hazards or near misses Requirements: *Minimum 5 years experience as a Belt Splicing Supervisor *Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations *Extensive Steel cord and fabric experience *Strong commitment to Safety *Robust leadership and supervisor skills What's On Offer?
