What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional athlete experiences.
Handle cash and register transactions.
Manage inventory.
Replenish salesfloor items.
Perform regular floor walks to keep the store clean; clean and tidy throughout the day.
Support store projects and brand initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date product education on the latest equipment and sportswear.
Merchandise the store for ease of shopping, education, and beauty.
Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.
A love of our product, particularly our tennis apparel and racquets.
Availability throughout the week (approx ***** hours), including evening hours and weekends.
Passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience, every day.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet the needs of every athlete.
Driven by a high level of autonomy; excels in an entrepreneurial workplace.
