The Role The Finance Analyst will play an important role in supporting the financial performance of a large and complex business unit.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide reporting, analysis and commercial insight while partnering with stakeholders across sales, commercial, operations and finance.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse management reporting, providing insight into business performance.
Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
Build and maintain financial models across sales, margin, customers and costs.
Analyse key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
Partner with sales and operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
Support forecasting across customers, channels, brands and locations.
Assist with CAPEX forecasting and analysis.
Provide analysis across inventory, stock and product costing.
Support balance sheet reviews, reconciliations and internal controls.




Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and commercial insight.
About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Approximately 3+ years' experience within accounting, commercial finance or financial analysis.
CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards qualification.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Experience across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Strong Excel and systems capability, with SAP experience highly regarded.
Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail or consumer products will be highly regarded.
