Senior Leadership Role | $175K + Car + Profit Share + Super | Immediate Start Harrison McMillan has partnered with a respected commercial electrical contractor delivering major projects across the region and are looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager to join their leadership team.
This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone who has come up through the trade, has managed on tier 1 projects, and is ready to step up and make a real impact across the business.
About the Role As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing project delivery and supporting a team of 5 Project Managers across multiple commercial projects.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing procurement, programming, and project timelines Overseeing commercial performance, variations, and cost control Identifying and mitigating risk across projects Supporting, mentoring, and guiding Project Managers Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Contributing to overall operational strategy and business performance This role will require occasional travel (approx. 1 day per month).




About You We're looking for a calm, experienced leader who can confidently manage competing priorities and bring structure to complex projects.
