Bonoc's Food Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to join our team at Charcoal Crisp Lechon in Crows Nest, NSW .
This is a full time ongoing position for an individual who is passionate about preparing high-quality food while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.
The Cook will be responsible for the following duties: Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
Prepare ingredients and ensure quality and freshness.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.




Supervising junior kitchen staff as required.
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Kitchen Management, or an equivalent qualification.
At least two (2) years' recent experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to food safety and quality standards.
