You'll be responsible for:



Winning new property managements through prospecting and networking Building long-term relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners Converting sales appraisals into managements Working closely with the sales and property management teams to maximise referral opportunities Attending appraisals and presenting the agency's services with confidence Following up leads and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities Representing a premium brand throughout the South Brisbane market About You You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys business development and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, meet clients or ask for the business.
Ideally you'll have: Previous experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager A proven track record of growing a residential rent roll Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of the Queensland property market Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle A self-motivated, competitive mindset with a genuine passion for achieving results Why You'll Love It This is a rare opportunity to join an agency that truly values its BDM.
