/n Your Role
/n We are looking for a Senior Supervisor - Mechanical to lead mechanical construction activities during the installation and commissioning phases of the project. You'll be a key player ensuring that mechanical works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec—while helping shape the future of renewable energy in Australia

/n Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Coordinate daily site-based mechanical construction activities

/n

- Ensure compliance with McConnell Dowell's Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan

/n

- Maintain strict HSE and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle

/n

- Provide leadership to mechanical subcontractors and teams on site

/n

- Collaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones

/nAbout you:/n

/n

- Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

/n

- Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure or hydro projects

/n

- In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environment

/n

- Strong technical literacy—able to read and interpret construction drawings

/n

- Solid understanding of integrated management systems and construction standards
