Stockwell Delivery is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to lead our retail development in Karalee, Noosa, Hervey Bay, Bargara and Mackay.

This role will have overall responsibility for the leadership, planning and execution of the Stockwell Retail Shopping Centre 5-year Delivery Plan.

The successful candidate will work closely with our inhouse development, design, cost planning, construction, leasing, tenancy design and coordination, and retail management teams.

Role Description:
/n
The Project Manager – Retail must be mentally and physically fit, and will:
/n
/n
- Take the Major Tenant Brief and ensure it is captured into the scopes and design.
/n
- Develop the resourcing plan and allocate roles, responsibilities and set goals for the Stockwell Project Team.
/n
- Ensure Workplace Health and Safety Requirements and Quality Standards for the Project are understood and being met.
/n
- Provide and manage the project master and lookahead program, working with the Site Manager and site team so they have input and ownership.
/n
- Manage the procurement and commercial process.
/n
- Develop design to 100% coordinated IFC.
/n
- Comply with all statutory approvals including operational works, any conditions of the development approval, and the Principal Project Requirements (PPR).
/n
- Identify opportunities to add value and manage risk, solving problems to deliver on the commercial outcomes.
/n
- Organised and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with the ability to prioritise and execute daily.
/n
- Be adaptable, responding to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
/n
- Problem solving, having the ability to develop solutions to keep the project on track.
/n
- Lead the site team by holding yourself to account and leading by example, inspire the Project Team and facilitate decision making.

Experience:
/n
/n
- A Degree in Construction Management and/or Project Management.
/n
- Minimum of 10 years' experience.
/n/n
