Iron Merge is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor for a Perth-based infrastructure project. You will work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure day-to-day site activities run smoothly, overseeing crews and subcontractors, planning, sequencing, and maintaining a solid safety and quality focus on a major live site.
You will mentor supervisors and leading hands, coordinate across multiple fronts, and maintain open communication with stakeholders and client representatives.
